HISPANIC YOUNG LEADERS PROGRAM

The Young Hispanic Leaders Program, founded in 1998, is organized and sponsored annually by the Fundacion Carolina, with the cooperation of the Fundacion José Ortega y Gasset, the Universidad Internacional Menendez Pelayo and the Fundacion Consejo España - Estados Unidos.

The objective of this Program is to offer a group of future Hispanic leaders in the United States, the largest ethnic minority of the country, the possibility to get acquainted with Spain's political, economic, social and cultural realities.

The agenda is focused on strengthening bilateral relations. Seminars, meetings with young Spanish leaders, visits to companies and institutions and cultural and recreational activities are organized during their stay in Spain

As a result of the success of this program, the Hispanic Leader Association was created in 2005 to establish a network of participants interested in cooperating in the strengthening of ties between both the Spanish and American societies. To learn more visit: http://www.lidereshispanos.org
